Return Policy

Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days from the shipping date, unused, labels intact and unaltered.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please include the orange RA (return authorization) form with your shipment along with your full account name, contact person, address and phone numbers.

Ship any method that allows you to track the package. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed.
